Apple Preserves recipe: Preparing the Apple Preserves is easy! First, fill a bowl with water, then add the lemon juice and stir gently. Add the fresh and healthy diced apples to prevent browning.

Add sugar, water, cloves, lemon zest, cinnamon and lemon juice to a different bowl. Bring to a boil.

After boiling, add the apples and boil again.

Then add the apples in a sterilized jar, add from the juice and seal the top carefully. Turn it upside down for a couple minutes, then leave it in a dry environment.
