For the cake, whip up the egg whites together with the sugar.
Gently fold in the dry ingredients!
Pour the base into a baking pan that is lined with baking paper. Bake it for 25 minutes at 355°F.
Make the vanilla pudding with the pudding powder and milk. When it has cooled, blend in the butter.
Divide it into two halves. To one cream, add the cocoa powder and 1 tbsp of sugar. Into the other cream add 3 tbsp of sugar.
Spread the vanilla cream on top of your baked cake. Line the top of it with butter cookies.
Then spread the chocolate cream on top of it and let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
After it has rested spread melted dark chocolate on top of the cake. It’s ready to slice up and serve!
