Ingredients

Raisins in cinnamon sugar:
1 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp sugar
7 oz raisins
6 apples
4 egg yolks
4 whipped egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
7 oz flour
7 oz sugar
Custard:
1 1/2 oz custard powder
1 1/3 cup milk
5 oz butter
7 oz sugar
Topping:
2 cups whipped cream
cinnamon

Steps

Step 1
Apple Cake recipe: Preparing Apple Cake is easy! Peel 6 fresh apples, cut them in half and remove the apple core.
Step 2
Fill a halved apple with cinnamon sugar raisin filling, then find the other half of the apple and put them together. Place the apples in a buttered, high-rim cooking pot and bake them for 15 minutes at 355°F in a preheated oven.
Step 3
Mix egg yolks with sugar, baking powder, flour, and vanilla sugar.
Step 4
Add the whipped egg whites to the cream and mix them thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour the mixture on the apples and bake for 40 minutes at 355°F in a preheated oven.
Step 6
Mix the butter and the sugar with a hand whisk. Prepare the custard pudding, then add it to the cream and mix them thoroughly.
Step 7
Cover the dough with this mixture.
Step 8
Smear whipped cream on the cake and sprinkle it with cinnamon.
