Ingredients

Dough:
4 fl oz soft butter or margarine
3 ½ oz sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
½ small tube of lemon flavoring
3 eggs
7 oz wheat flour
2 level tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
Powdered sugar
Filling:
1 ½ apples

Steps

Step 1
Apple cake recipe: Preparing the Apple cake is simple! First, combine butter, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon juice for the dough.
Step 2
Add the eggs one by one.
Step 3
Mix flour with baking powder, then add to the dough.
Step 4
Put the mixture in a buttered, 9 ½ inch long cake pan.
Step 5
Peel and core the apples, then slice into equally sized slices.
Step 6
Put the sliced apples on the dough, spread evenly. Bake at 360 degrees F for 45 minutes.
