Ingredients

4 boiled potatoes
1 cup
2 scallions
1 pack of plain cream cheese
1 pack of bacon

Steps

Step 1
Bacon-wrapped stuffed potatoes recipe: First, wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork, then wrap in aluminum foil.
Step 2
Bake at 390 degrees F and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the scallions.
Step 4
Combine with cream cheese, grated cheese and stir thorough.
Step 5
Unwrap the potatoes, cut the top sides and remove the inside with a spoon.
Step 6
Fill with the cheese filling.
Step 7
Wrap with bacon tightly.
Step 8
Sprinkle the top with more grated cheese.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 320-360 degrees F and bake for 40-45 minutes.
