Crunchy wedges of baked potatoes, crispy bacon, fresh parsley and Camembert oozing in the middle of it all. You won’t be able to say no to temptation. Make this for your friends and family!
Peel the potatoes and chop them up into small cubes. Cook them in hot oil, until they have turned golden brown. 
Put the potato cubes in a large mixing bowl. Add the fried bacon, the braised onion and the chopped parsley as well. Mix together. Naturally, according to your taste you can season it with whatever you’d like. 
Crack 3 eggs over it, and stir them into the mixture. 
Place the whole Camembert into a cake pan. Then spoon the potatoes over it, so they cover the cheese. 
Bake the casserole for 30 minutes at 170°C. 
Cut it up and serve while it’s still hot!
