Mix the flour together with the other dry ingredients to form the base.
Blend in the butter and the egg into the base. Mix everything thoroughly.
Roll out the base and place it in a baking pan that has been lined with baking paper. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Move onto the filling. Mix the powdered sugar together with the egg yolks and vanilla sugar, until they form a creamy texture.
Add the mascarpone and the cornstarch. Mix the filling, until it is smooth.
Carefully fold in the whipped up egg whites, then place it aside.
Scatter blueberries and sprinkle ground walnuts on top of the base of your cake.
Then spread the filling on top of the cake. Bake it in a convection oven for 35 minutes at 320°F.
After baking it, let it rest and then sprinkle powdered sugar on top of it. Then it’s ready to slice up and serve!
