Start by seasoning your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Then rub the herbs and garlic onto the chicken as well. Do this on both sides!
Fry them in hot oil until they are done!
Make the Bruschetta. Dice your tomatoes, add in the chopped basil, olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped red onion. Mix thoroughly.
Place the chicken breast on your plates and spread a good serving of the Bruschetta on top!
