Cauliflower recipe: Preparing the Cauliflower is easy! First, remove the outer leaves.

Remove the stem.

Divide the cauliflower into quarters and cut out the core, so it falls into florets. Wash them thorough.

Start boiling a pot of water, add salt and lemon juice. This will keep the cauliflower nice and white.

Then add the cauliflower florets, cook for 4 minutes and serve.
