Ingredients

½ lb dumplings
3 fl oz cream
1 ½ oz Emmentaler cheese
¼ bunch of parsley
¼ onion
1-2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp butter

Steps

Step 1
Cheese dumplings recipe: Preparing the Cheese dumplings is simple! First, heat up butter in a frying pan and braise the onions.
Step 2
Add salt, pepper, parsley and cream. Cook for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add cheese and melt it.
Step 4
Add the precooked dumplings and bathe it in the sauce a couple times.
Step 5
Add the cheese dumplings to a buttered heatproof bowl.
Step 6
Sprinkle the top with cheese.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
