Ingredients

9 oz biscuits
4 oz melted butter/ margarine
9 oz mascarpone
9 oz plain cream cheese
9 oz sour cream
2 level tbsp flour
5 oz sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
Grated lemon zest
3 eggs

Steps

Step 1
Cheesecake recipe: Preparing the Cheesecake is simple! First, combine the biscuits with melted butter/margarine in a blender.
Step 2
Spread the mixture evenly at the bottom of a cake pan and bake at 320 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Step 3
For the cream layer: Mix together the mascarpone, sour cream, plain cream cheese, vanilla sugar, sugar, flour and grated lemon zest.
Step 4
Add the eggs to it one by one.
Step 5
Spread the cream on the biscuit layer and bake for another 40 minutes at 300 degrees F.
Step 6
Open the oven door and let the cake cool down in there.
