Start by making the cake. Mix together the egg yolks, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar and water.
Gently fold in the already whipped egg whites into the mixture. Then pour the cake batter into a cake pan which is lined with baking paper. Bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F.
For the filling, mix together the crushed biscuits with the apricot jam, cocoa powder, milk, rum aroma and chestnut puree. Put it aside.
Continue with the cream. Make a pudding out of 40 g of vanilla pudding powder and 300 ml milk. After it has cooled, mix in the butter and powdered sugar in order to create a light and fluffy cream.
Cut the cake in half and spread half of the cream on it before adding the filling on top of that, making sure to press it into the cream.
Spread the other half of the cream over the filling and place the other half of the cake on top. Let it rest overnight.
Coat the top in dark chocolate and cut the cake into slices.
