Chestnut Cake recipe: Start off by whipping up the egg whites until they are hard. Add the sugar to it continuously. 
Add the egg yolks one by one to the egg whites, then also add 3 tbsp of water.
In a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder), then combine it with the eggs and stir well. 
Line a cake tray with baking paper and pour the sponge batter inside of it. Bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F, then leave it to cool completely.
To make the cream, you will first have to whip the butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy, then add the vanilla pudding to it in 2 portions and the chestnut puree. Mix well, to receive a thick yet smooth cream.
Spread the cream onto the sponge cake, making sure that it is spread evenly. Allow it to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Whip up your cream, then carefully spread it over the chestnut cream layer. Then place it in the fridge again, allowing it to rest for at least two hours before serving it!
Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top of it!
