WATCH OUR VIDEOS and try out our recipes! You will have probably already tasted a classic coconut ball, but how about adding a twist to it? That’s what our Chestnut Punch Coconut Balls are all about! This is a perfect recipe to make if you are expecting guests or would love to surprise a loved one!
Start off with the outer layer. In a larger bowl, combine ground biscuits, powdered sugar and rum aroma. 
In a separate bowl, mix the milk together with the food colouring, then pour it in the bowl. While stirring everything together feel free to add more food colouring, depending on what sort of colour you’d like to achieve. For a pale pink, you need to add 1-1.5 tsp of red food colouring. 
Create small balls out of the chestnut puree. 
Using your hands, make small sheets from the biscuit mixture. Place a small chestnut puree ball inside of each sheet, wrapping the sheet around them, creating larger balls. 
Roll the balls in shredded coconut. After you have finished covering them in shredded coconut, let them rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. 
Place the coconut balls on small plates or bowls when serving!
