Ingredients

1 large chicken breast fillet
2 small zucchini
7 oz sliced bacon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Mixed peppercorns
Chicken seasoning

Steps

Step 1
Chicken breast rose recipe: Preparing the Chicken breast rose is simple! First, cut the meat into 6 thinner strips and pound slightly. Add chicken seasoning and peppercorns, then put away for now.
Step 2
Wash the zucchinis thorough (don’t peel them), cut off both ends and grate them thinly.
Step 3
Add 1 slice of zucchini to the meat, followed by a slice of bacon. Roll it up and pierce with 2-3 toothpicks.
Step 4
Bake at 360 degrees F for 40 minutes with a foil, then 390 degrees for another 5 minutes without the foil.
