Ingredients

4 chicken breast fillets
1-2 tsp salt, pepper
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
Flour
Oil
½ cup tomato pureé
2 oz mozzarella
2 oz basil
4 oz Provolone cheese
2 oz Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

Step 1
Chicken Parmesan recipe: Preparing the Chicken Parmesan is easy! First, add parsley to breadcrumbs, stir thorough. Preheat the oven to 440 degrees F.
Step 2
Tenderize the meat, then add salt and pepper. Bread them.
Step 3
Heat up oil in a saucepan, if it’s hot enough sauté both sides of the meat until golden brown.
Step 4
Put the meat in a pan, apply tomato sauce generously, then add mozzarella, basil, provolone cheese and the rest of the Parmezan cheese and sprinkle with oil. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
