Start by making the cream. Mix together the flour and sugar.

Crack in the eggs and beat everything together with a hand blender until smooth.

Add in the sour cream and mix well. Cook it for about 10 minutes until it has thickened. Then let the cream cool so that it is at room temperature.

For the base, crush your chocolate cookies into fine crumbs, then mix it together with the melted butter.

Spread three-quarters of the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 16 cm wide cake pan. Make sure that you create a thin crust on the sides of the pan as well!

Blend in the vanilla sugar and butter into the cream.

Spread the cream onto the base. Then crumble the rest of the cookie mix on the top. Let the cake rest in the fridge overnight!
