Start by making the cake base. Melt together the dark chocolate and butter.
Take it off the heat and add the brown sugar, sugar and vanilla aroma to it.
Thicken the mixture by stirring in the flour, cocoa powder and eggs.
Pour it into your baking pan which is lined with baking paper. Bake the batter for 25 minutes at 355°F.
Move onto the sour cherry jelly. Bring the sour cherry juice and sugar to a boil.
Ladle out a bit of boiling sour cherry juice into your cornstarch and mix them together. Then pour the cornstarch mixture into the sour cherry juice. While stirring it, allow the mixture to thicken. Then pour it into a piping bag.
Cut your cake in half and place some sour cherries one of the cake layers as well as piping out the sour cherry jelly.
Next comes the sour cherry cream. Combine the gelatin with the blended sour cherries then heat them up together.
Whip up the cream and then add the sour cherry and gelatin mixture to it. Also stir in the sour cherry yoghurt and cream cheese to the mixture.
Spread the cream on top of the sour cherry jelly. Then place the other cake layer on top. Let the cake rest in the fridge for a while, then you can slice it up and serve!
