Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the whites until stiff.
-Beat the yolks with sugar.
Combine flour, cocoa powder and two tablespoons of the whipped egg whites.
Carefully fold in the rest of the egg whites.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured, 7 inches wide baking pan. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Boil together the heavy cream with sugar, it will be used for the cream..
Take it off the heat and mix in the cocoa powder.
Keep stirring until it cools down.
When cooled down, add the butter/margarine.
Cut the sponge two times and start putting together the cake. Spread 1/3 of the cream on the first cake layer.
Do the same with the second layer.
Spread the cream on top of the third layer as well as on the sides of the cake. Leave it in a cool place.
Pour melted chocolate on the cake and leave the chocolate to stiffen.
Decorate.
