Mix the sugar with the water and heat up to 300°F.
Take it off the fire and quickly mix the baking soda in.
Pour it into a pan, which is already lined with baking paper. Allow it to set.
Break up the solid honeycomb into larger chunks. Dip them into the melted dark chocolate.
Sprinkle a bit of salt on them for a unique flavour and they are ready to serve!
