First, melt a bar of dark and milk chocolate, pour it onto a sheet of aluminium foil and spread it evenly. Cut out some round chocolate circles and put it in the freezer for an hour or two.
Tip: If you let it cool 10 minutes in a fridge, it’d be much easier to make the chocolate circles.
Let’s make the dough now. Put the flour in a bowl and add the baking powder, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, rum flavouring, melted margarine and mix it thoroughly.
Pour the dough in a baking pan with bakery paper in it, spread it and sprinkle some chopped white chocolate on top.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for 30 minutes.
Once it’s done, cut it up into four pieces and cut out round circles just like with the chocolate.
Cut a smaller hole in the middle.
Put the chocolate plate on top of it.
Melt the rest of the chocolate while slowly adding milk to it and pour the hot cream over the middle, so the chocolate plate can melt.
Let it cool a little before you eat it.
