Whip up the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy. Meanwhile, melt the chococalte and butter together which you then mix into the egg mixture.
Add the flour and the cocoa powder as well.
Divide the cake batter into two separate parts and bake each one for 20 minutes at 320°F.
For the chocolate cream, warm together the sugar, 1 egg yolk and some milk, allowing it to thicken a little.
Take it off the heat and melt in the dark chocolate and then stir in the gelatine as well.
Whip up the cream, while adding the chocolate base in smaller portions to it. After fully incorporating the chocolate base into the whipped cream, you are done with your chocolate cream! Put it aside.
Move onto the caramel cream. Heat together the cream, milk, egg yolks and sugar. Let the mixture thicken.
Take it off the heat and melt in the milk chocolate and caramel. Mix in the peanuts and the gelatine. let it rest for an hour.
Finally, it’s time to layer the cake. Place a layer of cake on the bottom, then spread the caramel cream over it. Next is another layer of cake and then spread the chocolate cream on top of it. Let it rest in the fridge overnight.
Cut it up into slices the next day and it’s ready to serve!
