Start off with the dough. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the honey, butter and the eggs to it. Then blend everything to form a dough.

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out each piece of dough to the same size, then bake each for 6 minutes at 355°F.

Move onto the cream. Pour 300 ml of milk into a pot and mix in the flour, making sure it’s fully incorporated. Then mix in the other 400 ml of milk and heat it at low heat, allowing it to thicken.

Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and the butter to the cream. Combine everything well then let it cool and set.

Spread the cream in between the cake layers and stack them on each other. Then let it rest in the fridge overnight. It will be perfect the next day!
