First of all mix the sugar and the cinnamon.
Unroll the pastry and pour the cinnamon-sugar over it. Use a spoon to even it out.
Roll it up halfway, then turn it around and roll up the other half too.
Use a knife to cut it up into smaller pieces.
Use your fingers to pinch the bottom of the pastry to make it heart shaped.
Put them on a piece of bakery paper.
Spread the egg yolk on top of the pastries.
Bake it at 150 °C (300 °F) for 20 minutes.
Serve with a little honey and sugar powder on top.
