Ingredients

1 egg
2 ½ oz sugar
a pinch of salt
8 oz flour
Soda
For the filling:
7 oz curd
3 ½ oz powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Oil
2 tbsp sour cream

Steps

Step 1
Classic curd pancake recipe: Preparing the Classic curd pancake is simple! First, mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs and some carbonated water.
Step 2
Cook the pancakes in some oil.
Step 3
For the filling: combine curd with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream.
Step 4
Fill the pancakes and decorate.
