Start off with the base. Mix together the ground oat biscuits and melted butter. Spread the base in the bottom of the cake tin already lined with baking parchment. Bake for 15 minutes at 320°F.
In a pot warm together the plain yoghurt and cream cheese. Pour in the ground biscuits, vanilla sugar and shredded coconut.
Place slices of peach on the base of the cake.
Spoon out the cream on top of the peaches and spread it evenly over them. Place the cake in the fridge overnight.
Decorate the cake the following day by pouring some caramel sauce over it.
