Coconut biscuit roll recipe: Preparing the Coconut biscuit roll is simple! First, combine the crushed biscuits, cocoa powder and powdered sugar.

Add in the rum flavouring and some milk, and mix thoroughly until everything is combined well. Let it sit while we prepare the cream.

Blend soft butter and powdered sugar, add in the coconut flakes.

Flatten the biscuit mixture on a baking paper that you previously sprinkled with coconut flakes.

Spread the cream on the mixture.

Roll it up.
