Ingredients

For the dough:
14 oz flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3 oz margarine
7 oz powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp honey
7 fl oz milk
For the chocolate gloss:
½ lb margarine
½ lb granulated sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 ½ fl oz milk
10 oz grated coconut

Steps

Step 1
Coconut cubes recipe: Preparing the Coconut cubes is simple! First, combine softened margarine with powdered sugar, eggs, honey and milk.
Step 2
Mix flour with baking powder and add to the mixture.
Step 3
Spread the mixture in a pan lined with parchment.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
For the chocolate gloss, first combine margarine, sugar, cocoa powder and milk.
Step 6
Dice the dough, bathe in the gloss and then the coconut flakes.
