In a large bowl, combine the ground walnuts and the shredded coconut.
Add the dates, the water and salt to it as well. Then blend everything with a blender.
Pour the mixture into a baking tin that is lined with baking paper. Spread it evenly by pressing it down everywhere.
Ground your hazelnuts, the smoother and smaller they are ground, the better. Add the juice of 3 limes to it as well as the vanilla aroma.
Whip up 150 ml of cream and fold it into the hazelnut mixture.
Spread the cream over the base of the cake and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours.
After the cake has rested long enough, you can cut it up and sprinkle some lime zest on the tops of the slices.
