Firstly, make the filling. Mix together the milk and flour over low heat, allowing it to thicken. Then let it cool.
After it has cooled, add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and butter to it. Blend it together with a hand mixer.
Add the shredded coconut to it as well, stirring it in well. Then place the cream aside.
Move onto making the base. Mix the ground biscuits together well with the other dry ingredients.
Mix in the milk, apricot jam and melted butter to create a ball which will form the cake.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll them out on baking paper.
Then it’s time to assemble the cake. Start by placing a layer of dough on the bottom, then comes the cream. Repeat this and place the last sheet of dough on top. Place the cake in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.
After it has rested, spread melted dark chocolate over it and cut it into slices.
