Ingredients

4 ½ oz elbow pasta
2 ½ oz peas
3 ½ oz bologna sausage
5 pickles
4 tbsp pickle juice
2 tbsp pickle juice
4 fl oz mayonnaise
1-2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Steps

Step 1
Cold pasta salad recipe: Preparing the Cold pasta salad is simple! First, slice the sausages and add to the precooked pasta.
Step 2
Next, slice the cucumbers as well and add to the pasta, as well as the peas and 4 tablespoons of pickle juice.
Step 3
Add mayonnaise and stir thorough.
Step 4
Finally, add the remaining pickle juice, salt and pepper. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving!
