Corn Casserole recipe: Preparing the Corn Casserole is easy! First, mix the corn bread mix with cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
Then add whipped eggs, melted butter, sour cream and premade creamed corn (1 1/2 cup yogurt and 3-4 tablespoon corn), then add corn and mix well.
Pour the batter in a buttered cake pan.
