Ingredients

1/4 cup butter/margarine
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/4 cups cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
Oil
1/2 tsp salt

Steps

Step 1
Cornbread recipe: Preparing the Cornbread is easy! First, combine the milk, eggs and melted butter in a larger bowl.
Step 2
Add the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Step 3
Grease a mid-sized pan.
Step 4
Then put the batter in the pan.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven at 390 degrees F for 25 minutes.
