Start off by making the puddings first. For the strawberry pudding, mix part of the milk together with the strawberry pudding powder. Heat the rest of the milk in a pot. If the milk is hot then pour in the pudding powder and milk mixture and allow it to thicken. Then let it cool completely.

For the vanilla pudding, mix part of the milk together with the vanilla pudding powder. Heat the rest of the milk in a pot. If the milk is hot then pour in the pudding powder and milk mixture and allow it to thicken. Then let it cool completely.

Move onto the cake batter. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until fluffy.

Pour in the oil and the milk, then add the flour and baking powder, stirring the mixture until it’s smooth.

Whip up the egg whites and fold them into the batter as well.

Spread half of the batter in your baking pan, while mixing cocoa powder into the other half of the batter. Pour the cocoa powder batter onto the other half.

With the help of a wet spoon, take out parts of the puddings and drop them into the cake batter. After finished, bake it for 10 minutes at 355°F.

Mix the sour cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread it all over the top of your cake, while it’s still hot! Let the cake rest for a while then it’s ready to serve!
