Ingredients

7 oz butter
10 oz sugar
2 lbs curd
4 tbsp semolina
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of vanilla custard powder
1 packet of baking powder
6 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon

Steps

Step 1
Curd Cake recipe: Preparing the Curd Cake is easy! First, melt the butter, then add in the sugar and stir until it melts.
Step 2
Put the curd in a different bowl, combine it with eggs, lemon zest, custard powder, vanilla sugar, baking powder and semolina, then finally add lemon juice and stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Spread the batter in a buttered cake or bundt pan.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Leave it in the cake pan for 10 minutes after baking, then remove carefully.
