First make the filling, combine the cottage cheese with sour cream, the semolina, the vanilla pudding at room temperature and the zest of 1 lemon. Place it aside.
Continue with the dough, mix all the ingredients, making sure everything is incorporated well.
You should have created a dense dough, which isn’t sticky.
Whip up the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and also add 50 g of sugar to it.
Mix the egg whites into the filling.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out. Place one of the layers on the bottom of a buttered baking pan, then spread the filling over it.
Place the other layer of dough on top, then coat it with the egg yolks and punch through it with a fork. Bake it for 35-40 minutes at 375°F.
Let it cool before serving!
