Combine the sugar with the butter with the help of a hand mixer.

Add the eggs and incorporate them into the mixture.

Mix together the flour and the baking powder, then add them to the egg and butter mixture. Stir well to receive a somewhat loose cake batter.

Separate the cake batter into two equal parts in two bowls.

Add the cocoa powder and milk to one batter and stir until everything is well incorporated.

Pour the plain batter into a buttered baking pan.

Then pour the cocoa cake batter over it, spread it evenly across the plain.

Scatter sour cherries over the top of the batter and pop it in the oven. Bake it for approximately 30 minutes at 340°F.

Make the cream. Combine the butter with the sugar with the hand mixer until it’s fluffy.

Add the already made vanilla pudding to the buttercream and mix it in.

Spread the cream over the top of the cooled down cake.

Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top of it and draw waves in it with the help of a fork.
