Start by making the brownie. Mix together the butter, sugar and cocoa powder. Then add the eggs to it one by one. 

Mix in the flour and spread the brownie batter in a baking pan which is lined with baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 320°F. 

Move onto the chocolate cookie layer. Combine the butter, milk and sugar together until creamy.

Add the flour to the mixture as well.

Continue mixing the cookie dough with your hands and mix in the chocolate chips as well. 

Place the cookie dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out. Put it in the fridge until you need to use it.

Next comes the cheesecake layer. Mix the cream cheese together with sugar and add the eggs to it one by one. Finally, mix in the flour.

If the brownie is ready and has cooled down, pour the cheesecake layer on top and then smooth the chocolate chip cookie dough on top of it.

Bake it for 50 minutes at 320°F.

After it has cooled completely, it’s ready to cut up and serve!
