Egg Barley Lecso recipe: Preparing the Egg Barley Lecso is easy! First, heat up the oil in a pan, then braise the chopped onions in it.
Add chopped peppers, season with salt and cook for 5 minutes under the lid.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes under the lid.
Heat up oil in a pot, then add egg barley and toast it.
Add water, salt and cook until tender for a couple minutes.
