Egg Lecso recipe: Preparing the Egg Lecso is easy! First, heat up oil in a pan, then add chopped onions and braise them.
Then add sliced paprikas, season it with salt and cook for 5 minutes under the lid.
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes until ready.
Add a pinch of salt to eggs and beat thorough.
Add eggs on top and cook for a few minutes.
