Ingredients

1 egg white
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar

Steps

Step 1
Fortune Cookies recipe: Preparing the Fortune Cookies is easy! First, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract.
Step 2
Then add the flour, sugar and salt, mix well.
Step 3
Make 3 round shapes from the dough, making sure they aren’t too thick.
Step 4
Bake at 390 F° in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven while still hot and add the fortune messages to their middles. Fold the dough in half.
Step 6
Then put on a cup, this will make it easier to fold the sides and let it cool for a few minutes.
