Start by making the cream. Mix the egg yolks with the pudding powder and flour, then while continuously stirring, mix in the milk and cook the cream until it thickens.
Let it cool completely.
For the base, whip up the egg whites with the sugar until they form stiff peaks.
Mix in the flour, baking powder and ground cookies.
Spread the base mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Sprinkle ground hazelnuts on top of it. Then bake it for 15 minutes at 355°F.
While it’s still hot, spread a layer of Nutella on top of it and place it aside.
After the cream mixture has cooled down, blend the butter and sugar into it. Then separate it into two equal parts, and mix melted dark chocolate into one half.
It’s time to layer the cake! Soak vanilla cookies in milk and then place them on top of the layer of Nutella. Spread the vanilla cream on top of this layer of cookies. Then comes another layer of milk-soaked cookies and the final spread of chocolate cream. Let the cake rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
Cover the cake with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on the cake. Then it will be ready to slice up and enjoy!
