Start off by making the cake base. Combine the egg yolks with the sugar.
Mix together the flour with the baking powder and add it to the egg mixture along with the oil. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Whip up the egg whites and fold them into the mixture. Take out a third of the mixture and bake it for 8 minutes at 355°F.
Add the cocoa powder to the leftover cake batter. Divide it into two equal parts and bake both cakes for 8 minutes at 355°F. You will have two chocolate cake layers.
Move onto the cream. Blend together the butter and powdered sugar to create a fluffy cream.
Then add the coffee and Nutella to the cream as well.
Whip up the cream and add it to the mixture. Also, stir in the ground hazelnuts.
Spread some cream on top of the chocolate cake layer. Then place the plain cake layer on top and spread the cream on it as well. Place the final chocolate cake on top and coat it fully in the leftover cream. Let the cake rest in the fridge for a few hours.
After it has rested, you can slice it up and serve!
