Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! First, combine the pancake’s ingredients, stir thorough and make the pancakes.

Combine milk, sugar and lemon rind for the filling, bring to a boil. When boiled, remove from heat, add walnuts, raisins and rum flavoring.

Combine the rest of the milk with cocoa powder, rum flavoring and crushed dark chocolate.

Combine yolks, flour and milk for the chocolate sauce, stir and thicken until thick enough.

Fill the pancakes with the walnut filling, roll into triangular shapes and pour chocolate sauce down on them.
