Hungarian poppy seed dessert recipe: First, cut the crescent rolls into slices.
Pour milk on the sliced crescent rolls, combine with poppy seeds, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, grated lemon zest.
Beat 4 yolks in a bowl with a hand blender until foamy.
Add powdered sugar on low heat, then vanilla sugar and milk, then slowly add flour, stir continuously and thoroughly.
Tip: Stir the mixture until the texture resembles pudding.
Put the crescent rolls in a cupcake pan, spread cream on top.
Whip the egg whites with powdered sugar until foamy, then spread it on the top with a spoon or a pastry bag.
Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes in a fan oven.
