Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the eggs, butter and vanilla flavouring to it. Mix until you get a smooth and solid dough that isn’t sticky.
Line a baking pan with baking paper. Then form small balls of cookie dough and place them about 3 cm apart from each other.
Push your thumb into the middle of each ball of dough, creating small indents.
Spoon raspberry jam into each hole, making sure that it’s just enough so it won’t flow out.
Top them off by sprinkling chopped or sliced almonds over them. Then bake them for 10-15 minutes at 355°F. After letting them cool for a few minutes they are already ready to serve!
