Ingredients

10 oz flour
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp water
3 ½ oz breadcrumbs
1 ½ tbsp oil

Steps

Step 1
Preparing Jam pockets is simple. First, knead flour, salt, eggs and water.
Step 2
Flatten the dough. On half, spread one teaspoon of jam be at equal distance of each other.
Step 3
Fold the other side of the dough and cut into pieces.
Step 4
Toast breadcrumbs until golden.
Step 5
Cook the pockets in boiling water.
Step 6
Bathe them in toasted breadcrumbs.
