Jambalaya recipe: Preparing the Jambalaya is easy! First, heat up oil in a skillet, add diced chicken thighs, sliced sausages and cook for 3 minutes.
Add diced celery, chopped onions and crushed garlic. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add diced red peppers and cook for 1 more minute.
Then add rice, chicken stock and combine thorough. Wait until it begins boiling and cook covered on low heat for 12 minutes.
