Making this recipe is easy peasy. To make the inner, creamy layer you will have to combine the white chocolate, the coconut butter and the condensed milk and over low heat warm it. Watch out so it doesn’t melt completely, your aim is to get a creamy mass. If you accidentally end up overheating the mixture, don’t worry about it, just pop it in the fridge for a few hours.
Find a long baking tray and line it with foil. Create semicircular blocks in the tray which are all equally large and are approximately at an equal distance from each other. Wrap these in foil as well and place them in the bottom of the tray.
Spoon the creamy mass into the tray and with the help of a spoon or knife, make sure that the mixture is evenly spread. Melt the 150g of milk chocolate and pour it on the top of the creamy mass. Put it in the fridge to chill.
When the chocolate has solidified take it out of the fridge. Take off the foil and take out the foiled semicircular blocks as well.
Melt the 300g of milk chocolate, and pour it over the mixture. Then put it in the fridge again, so it solidifies.
After a few hours it will be ready to serve!
