RECIPE

Ingredients

1 onion
4 garlic cloves
25 oz minced meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ cup water
3 cups tomato sauce
1 pinch of basil
1 ½ oz butter
2-3 tbsp flour
7-10 fl oz milk
3 ½ oz cheese

Steps

Step 1
Have all your ingredients ready and let’s begin! Sautée the chopped onions and garlic.
Step 2
Add the meat and cook until it turns white/brownish grey. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add water, cook with the lid on.
Step 4
Pour the tomato sauce over the meat, add the basil and allow it to cook.
Step 5
Heat up butter in a different pan, mix in the flour and stir.
Step 6
Add milk and cook until not too thick.
Step 7
Combine the sauces and cook together.
Step 8
Grease a middle-sized pan with oil and begin layering the pasta and sauce.
Step 9
Cover the top with grated cheese.
Step 10
Cook for 30 minutes on 360 degrees F.
